Sunndalslia is a western outlet of the taiga, the coniferous forest belt stretching from the Pacific via Russia. Original and very old forest with rich biodiversity, extremely vulnerable to logging. Large trees such as elm and hazel and one of the best places to view Orchids in northern Norway. Suitable for walks with and without horses. Easy terrain.
